Banana Bread Cake

Ingredients
1 C Splenda1/2 C light unsalter butter2 large eggs1 1/2 C flour1 t baking soda1 t No Salt1/2 C plain greek yogurt2 t vanilla extract1 C mashed very ripe banana
Directions
Cream the butter and Splenda. Mix in eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 8X8 sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. We cut ours into 16 pieces since the cake was so deep. You could add walnuts or even a cream cheese frosting but it really doesn't need it plus they aren't figured into the calorie counts!
