Ingredients
2 slices of whole grain bread1/2 cup of well cooked lentilsRomaine lettuceSliced tomato2 tbsp hummus1 tsp mustardketchup
Directions
-Spread hummus on on piece of bread and mustard on the other
-Add the lentils onto one of slice of the bread
-squeeze ketchup over the lentils
-Add the lettuce and tomato slices to the other slice of bread
-Put both halves of the sandwich together
-Enjoy
