Pot Roast Crock Pot

Ingredients
2 lbs Beef, eye of round (any roast can be used)1 onion quartered2 potatoes peeled and sliced in half and then quartered1 cup of baby carrots
Directions
Salt and Pepper roast and put in crock pot, cover with water add other ingredients.

My crock pot goes from 6 hours to 12 hours cook times, so it just depends when I get it in the crock pot. I try to get at least 8 hours of cook time. My feelings is 10 hours is the best.
