Robin's sun-dried tomato hummus

1 can chick peas, drain and save liquid1 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/3 cup sundried tomatoes in oil2 Tbsp. fresh parsleySalt to taste. I used about 1/2 tsp.Sunflower seeds, dry roasted 2 tsp.
Drain chick peas conserving liquid. Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until mixed. Add liquid from chick peas to make it the desired consistency.
Excellent served with sliced cucumbers and red and green pepper strips.
Serving Size: Makes about 16 2Tbsp servings.
