Baked Pork Steak

Ingredients
Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 1.5 lbFlour, white, .25 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbspSalt, 1 dash
Directions
Add flour and salt together in a quart size baggie.
Take pork steaks and individually put them in the baggie and shake each to coat evenly.
Place in large glass dish. Pour soy sauce over the steaks evenly. Place in 350* oven for 75 minutes uncovered. Makes 4 servings
