6 cups of dried stuffing mix2 tbsp Earth Balance1 medium onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped3 carrots, peeled and chopped1/4 tsp rosemary1/4 tsp thyme1/4 tsp sage1/2 cup walnuts & pecans, chopped1/2 tsp salt or to taste3 cups broth1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
Melt the Earth Balance in a saucepan and saute onion, celery and c arrots over medium heat until onion is translucent.
Stir the vegetables into the stuffing mix and add the remaining ingredients, being careful to drizzle the vegetable broth in slowly as you stir.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F oven for 20 -30 minutes.
