Crockpot Beef Barbecue for Sandwiches

Ingredients
6lbs boneless chuck roast-trim fat3 cups Heinz ketchuo1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup RED wine vinegar4 T. Dijon 2 T. Worcestershire sauce2 t. Liquid Smoke flavoring1t salt1/2 t black pepper1 t garlic powder
Directions
Cut and trim beef into 4x4 cubes. Put in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low overnight or for 10 hours. Shred meat with forks. Stir to coat meat. If too much liquid, cook uncovered on "high" setting to cook off some of the liquid. Spoon onto buns and serve.
