Brown rice with stewed tomatoes

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown rice dry2 cups Chicken Broth (fat free/low sodium)1 can Hunts Dice tomatoes basil,garlic & Oregano (No Salt)1 green pepper chopped1 onion diced1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp marjoram1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
Cut up green pepper and onion and saute in skillet with 1/4 cup
water. Add diced tomatoes and spices and continue to saute for 3-4 minutes until onion is soft and translucent.
Add rice and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serve with grilled chicken breast.
