Ryder's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/3 cup Canola oil1 c granulated sugar2 large eggs2 medium bananas, mashed1 c AP flour1 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mashed bananas in large bowl; add sugar, oil, eggs and cinnamon, mix to combine. Add baking soda and flours and mix until incorporated, but do not over mix.
Pour batter into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake for approximately 1 hour.(check with toothpick or knife inserted into center after about 45-50 minutes).
