1/2 c. chopped broccoli1/2 c. chopped couliflower1/2 c. cherry tomatoes1/4 c. sliced red onion1/4 c moonlight mushroomsFat Free Ranch Dressing to taste
Chop fresh vegetables iinto sizes that appeal to you. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Use whole or sliced mushrooms. (I prefer sliced.) Slice the onion into pieces about 1/4 inch thick and about 1 inch long. Mix all ingredients into your serving bowl and add the dressing. Toss. Enjoy! One serving will be app. 2 cups.
