Sesame Linguini with Edamame and Wasabi Vinaigrette

3/4 cup cooked, shelled edamame6 ounces dry Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguini2 T low-sodium soy sauce2 T rice wine vinegar1.5 tsp dry wasabi powder1 T sesame oil1 tsp grated ginger1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp chopped cilantro, optional1 tsp black sesame seeds, optional
(Make vinaigrette before cooking pasta so it can be immediately added once pasta is ready.)
Make the vinaigrette by whisking together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and wasabi powder. Add ginger, garlic, and cilantro and black sesame seeds, if desired.
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook 3 minutes (do not overcook). Drain and toss in bowl with 1 T sesame oil. Add edadame.
Immediately toss pasta with the vinaigrette. Serve and enjoy!
