Caprese Salad

Ingredients
16oz Fresh Mozzarella cheese6 oz grape tomatoes1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive oil1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Slice fresh mozzarella into 16 slices. Put into mixing bowl or container. Add tomatoes, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Cover and toss. Chill.
