Carrot Bread

Ingredients
3 oz canola oil3 oz unsweetened apple sauce1/2 cup egg beaters (equiv. of 2 eggs)1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 cup grated carrots
Directions
Mix ingredients all together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes on 8.5x4.5x2.5 inch loaf or 2 mini loaves.
