Beths granola

Ingredients
4c. Old fashioned rolled oats2.5c Sliced almonds1c flaked coconut.5c honey.5c canola or olive oil1c dried cranberries1c golden raisins (or .5c dired cherries & .5 golden raisins)
Directions
Mis together Oats, almonds, coconut, honey, oil. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil. Preheat oven to 350. Spread thin layer oat mix on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 min. Watch it so it doesn't burn. Once done, mix with fruit.
Makes 9.5 cups. Serving size .5 c. Serve with vanilla yogurt.
