LoCarb Potato Flake Chicken

Chicken Breast (no skin - no bones) I used 12Potato Flake Mix:Idahoan Four Cheese (You can use any flavor)Brown SugarSaltPepperGarlic PowderOnion PowderGrillmates Chicken RubKraft Ceasar Italian FREE dressingPam Cooking Spray
Spray the pan with Pam, line chicken breasts up... I sprayed the top of the chicken breasts with Pam as well, helps with the crunchiness of the flakes.
Sprinkle the potato flake mix with seasonings over the chicken, I brushed the mix over the chicken to make it even.
Pour the salad dressing around the chicken and pop into the oven for 50 minutes @ 400 degrees.
Tastes great!! Plus the carb intake is very low!
