Ingredients
Chick peas - 1 cup(I don't use the canned ones as they have preservatives. )Tomato (chopped) - 0.25 cupOnion (chopped) - 0.25 cupNon fat yoghurt - 0.50 cupGreen chillies (up to you if you want it hot)SaltBlack pepperKetchup ( up to you, if you want to add this)Cilantro to garnishOnce you have all the ingredients, mix them well. Add black pepper, salt, ketchup as per your taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro and have it.
