1.5 c Old Fashioned oatmeal1.5 c unsweetened apple sauce3 c water1 tbs cinnamon3 tbs flax seed, ground.5 c raisins
Directions
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Stir, and cook another 2.5 minutes.
