Ingredients

2/3 c water1/3c juice (I use apple)1T ground flax seed4T silken tofu, soft1/2 banana, diced and frozen1/2c strawberries, sliced and frozen
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: This is just the basic recipe. I use 1 cup of fruit, in any combination, the bananas and strawberries are just a suggestion, as is the choice of juice. You can also substitute another form of sweetener for the juice, i.e. maple syrup or honey.
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
