Savory Pepper and Parmesan Oatmeal

Ingredients
~Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)~Water (just to cover oatmeal)~Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 tbsp ~Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 tbsp~Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp~Onion powder, .25 tsp~Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Directions
1) Pour half cup of oatmeal into a microwave safe bowl.
2) Slowly cover oatmeal in water just so the top layer of oats barely float.
3) Dice peppers in small .25 inch cubes or use pre-diced fresh or frozen peppers. Sprinkle on top of oatmeal.
4) Place in microwave oven on regular heat for 1:15 minutes.
5) Add parmesan cheese and spices, stir, and eat!
