3 Cucumbers3 Tomatoes1 Medium Red Onion1 c. Feta Cheese1/4 c. Olive Oil1 1/4 tsp. dried oregano8 pitted kalmata olivesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut tomato, cucumber, and onion into bite-sized chunks. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
