Egg Casserole

Ingredients
9 large eggs3 cups of skim milk1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese2 heels from a loaf of white or wheat bread (or crusts only from 6 slices of bread)8 oz. breakfast sausage (pork or turkey is fine) - crumbled and browned and cooled1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. salt1 tsp, ground black pepper
Directions
Brown sausage and let cool. Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Cut heels of bread into thin strips, gently stir-in sausage, cheese and bread strips into egg mixture. Let sit overnight so that egg mixture soaks into break. Pour into 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with Pam.
