Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoesonion, 1 cup chopped1 tblsp. flour1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper2 cups 1% milk2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes and place in 3 quart casserole, set aside. Cook onion in butter until tender. add flour, salt and pepper and cook until bubbly. Add cheddar and milk and bring to a boil. Cook for one minute while stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes, and cook in 325 oven to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
