8 oz. Tropicana Light Berry Berry (or flavor of your choice)6 oz Vanilla Nonfat Yogert1 Scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder (Elite Brand from Bodybuilding.com)1 cup of tropical frozen fruit5 ice cubes from an ice try or 10 ice cubes from an ice maker

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 3 - 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
