3 ounces greek plain yogurt1/4 cup orange juice (100%)1/4 cup water1/2 scoop whey vanilla protein2 tsp. ground flax seed5- strawberries1/3 c. frozen blueberriesjuice of 1 lime1/2 or 1 cup crushed ice (depending how creamy you want it.
Directions
Mix all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
