Tasty Cauliflower Onion Mash

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)*Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Chop Onion and Cauliflower
Add onion and cauliflower to salted water and boil until tender
Drain in colander and add to a mixing bowl. Mash cauliflower and onion until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add Sour Cream, mayo, and Chopped Garlic , black pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix well

Salt and Pepper to taste.
