Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix, 1 pkg.Skim Milk, 1 cup Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .5 cup (Instead of butter, flavored/fruit yogurt may also be used)Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 1tsp (optional)Egg whites, fresh, 3 large (Instead of 2 whole eggs) Lemon Juice, 1tbspVanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
Follow package instructions, subbing out ingredients as noted, bake cake for 30-35 min depending on cake pan.
