Ground Turkey Patty

Ingredients
Ground turkeyOnion PowderGarlic PowderBlack PepperWorchester SauceRed Onion - finely chopped
Directions
1) Finely chop Red onion and add to ground turkey
2) Add tps of onion and garlic powder and a dash of black pepper
3) Add tbsp worchester Sauce
4) Mix all together and form a patty
5) Grill on George Forman (or other grill) for about 5 minutes on each side or until it is cook completely through
6) Serve on bread / bun, lettuce or eat as a steak burger
