1/4 cup Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt (plain)1/4 cup Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine1 1/4 cup quick oats grinded1/4 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched1/2 cup *Light Brown Sugar, Great Value0.25 cup Granulated Sugar1 Egg0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol0.25 tsp Baking Soda1/2 cup *Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels
In mixing bowl beat yogurt and butter on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add half of the oat flour, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Beat until well combined. Beat in remaining oat flour and all purpose flour. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes.
