Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine1/4 cup milk PLUS2 tablespoons milk1/4 cup cocoa powder4 cup powdered sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup chopped peanuts, optional1/4 peanut butter
Directions
Combine butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth
