Pumpkin Penne Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups Barilla plus penne pasta2 # ground turkey 93% lean1 medium onion, chopped2 cans low fat evaporated milk1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin1 can tomato sauce1 TBS packed brown sugar1 TBS paprika1 TBS Worcestershire sauce1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta to al dente consistency, and drain. Don't rinse.

While pasta is cooking, cook ground turkey and onion in large skillet; drain. Stir in evaporated milk, pumpkin, tomato sauce, sugar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Then add cooked pasta, and cover.

Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, until pasta is thoroughly cooked and casserole has thickened.
