1 16 oz. box Rigatoni1 16 oz. tub non-fat cottage cheese2 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella1 24 oz. jar pasta sauce
Cook pasta, drain, then mix with cottage cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella, and all the sauce. Cover with remaining mozzarella. Put in 9 x 13 and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake until bubbly.
