Chana's Lamb Patties

1 kg ground lamb/goat250gm peeled sliced onions80gm peeled garlic50gm peeled ginger root50gm green chillies1 slice bread2 tablespoons freshly ground coriander1 tablespoon freshly ground cumin1 tablespoons coarsely crushed dry red chillies2 teaspoons salt or to taste1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
Put onions, garlic, ginger, and green chillies in bowl of food processor and pulse until chopped coarsely. Add torn slice of bread and all the dry spices with salt and process until finely chopped. Add the mixture to the ground lamb/goat and knead until mixture and lamb are evenly mixed. Make thin flat patty of 75gm lamb mixture and fry in oil, brown on both sides. Serve with chutney, salsa and naan. Serving size is 2 patties.
