Baked Honey-Dijon Mustard

Salmon FiletDijon Mustard (i like to use this and ground together)Lemon JuiceHoney
Season fish with lemon, salt and pepper.
Coat salmon with as much mustard as you prefer, sprinkle with honey and extra pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice as desired.
Garnish with parsley.
