1c kale chopped or ripped1/2 c blackberries, frozen or fresh1/2c peaches, frozen or fresh1c pears, canned light syrup1 banana, frozen or fresh1/2 tbsp honey8oz light vanilla soy milkOptional: add or substitute kale with spinach. Substitute fruits of your liking.
Directions
Blend kale and soy milk. Add fruits and Honey. Enjoy
