strawberry/blueberry/pumpkin bran muffins

3 c. wheat bran2 c reduced fat soy milk1 c canned pumpkin2 eggs1 c brown sugar1/3 c blue agave sweetener1 tsp vanilla extract2 c whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 c blueberries1 c strawberries, chopped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin tins.
Mix wheat bran and milk together, let stand 10 minutes. Then add remaining wet ingredients (including pumpkin). Blend dry ingredients, add to wet mixture. Fold in strawberries and blueberries. Scoop into muffin tins. Bake in pre-heated over for 15 minutes, or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Remove immediately from pans to cooking racks.
