Grandma Bette's Black Bean biscuits

black bean flour, 0.25 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Bob's red mill Soy flour, 0.25 cup Teff Flour, 0.25 cup Argo Baking Powder, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Salt, .25 tsp
put Black bean flour in large bowl. Add water and let sit while assembling other ingredients
Mix together soy flour, teff flour and baking powder.
Add to black bean and water mixture and stir well.
beat eggs in bowl and then add to mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water in pan and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
Or drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet and cook in 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 16 dumplings or buiscuts
