Greens with smoked turkey wings

Ingredients
I 2 lb bag of washed greens, mustard, turnip, or collards1 smoked turkey wing1 onion2 cups water1 tb salt
Directions
take 1 whole smoked turkey wing, cover with 2 cups water, simmer 30 minutes. Add greens, onion, and salt to the pot, bring to a boil then simmer one hour. Remove turkey wings from the pot, let cool, then remove meat from the bone, discard skin and gristle, dice meat and return to the pot. Serve with jalapeno cornbread
