Chicken Sausage Stir Fry

Ingredients
Garlic Salt, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 2 tspOlive Oil 1 tbsp Chicken and Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage, 2 serving frozen mixed vegetables (Great Value Broccoli Stir Fry), 1 cup Great Value Sugar Snap Stir-Fry Vegetables,1 cupTomato, grape , 5 tomatosSpinach, fresh, 2 cup *Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry (onions, red, green, yellow peppers), 1 cup Vinegar, Balsamic,1 tbsp Salt, to taste
Directions
1. Cut the chicken sausage into small pieces, place in skillet on low heat
2. Dice the Roma tomatos, add to skillet with olive oil
3. Add Cumin, Garlic Salt, Balsamic Vinegar, Red Wine Vinegar.
4. Let the tomatos simmer into a slight sauce
5. Add stir fry vegetables, and spinach, simmer on low
6. Salt to taste
7. Serve with rice or pasta.
