Serbian Low Fat Pita

1.25 cups Egg Beaters1 container of fat free Cottage Cheese8 oz fat free cream cheese1 stick of butter5 oz reduced fat feta1 roll of filo dough.5 cup of milk
Mix with a mixer, blender, or hand mixer all ingredients except for milk and filo dough. Spray or grease a long, rectangle, casserole dish. Put layers of filo dough, then a layer of cheese mixture, and continue this pattern as many times as you like! The last layer should be a thicker layer of filo dough. Then mix about .25 cups of Egg Beaters and the milk and pour it on top. Take a fork and poke the top several times all over. Put in the over at 350 degrees for an hour. The top should be dry and crispy light brown. It is delicious :)
