Ingredients
800g Chicken Breast, no skin chopped into 3 cm cubes1 x Asian Home Gourmet spice paste for Indian Butter Chicken3 Tbsp Butter1 x Watties Tomato Paste tub1 x large onion chopped1/2 cup water1/2 cup Pams cream
Directions
Cook the onion in the butter. Add the chicken & cook through. Mix the tomatoe paste, water, cream & spice paste together in a bowl. Add to the cooked meat/onions. Simmer on low for 20 minutes
