Cucumber and Feta Salad

Ingredients
Cucumber (with peel), 2 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove)
Directions
1 Peel majority of cucumber and cube; slice tomatoes and diced onion as well.
2. Mix vegetables with apple cider vinegar, juiced lemon, and seasonings until it tastes scrumptious...(I love that word!)
3. Toss in feta cheese and sugar... and enjoy cold! Serves 8.
