Sweet Cafe Rio Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients
1.5 lb turkey tenderloin1 cup salsa1/2 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies1/4 c brown sugar (unpacked)1/2 can black beans, undrained
Directions
Mix salsa, Rotel, brown sugar, and black beans.

Add tenderloin and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.

Shred meat with fork.

Return meat to crock pot and cook for another hour.

Serve on tortillas with fixins (nutritional information not included).
