guava muffins

Ingredients
2 cup flour3 tbsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1 cup milk (i use light vanilla soymilk)1 egg white1/4 cup margarine (optional)1/4-1/2 cup guava paste
Directions
mix dry and wet ingredients separately then together then add guava...bake @350 until a toothpick comes out clean...makes 12 muffins add a touch of coarse salt on top before baking, opens the flavors in the mouth

    I made these muffins today. They were good but we did not taste any Guava. Also had to melt Guave in microwave for 1.5 minutes. I will make them again but the next time I will be adding at least double the Guava paste. Will check back then and let you know how it worked out. - 3/22/16
