Stir fried rice with chicken and szechuan sauce

Ingredients
Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce (1/2 cup)Garlic, 1 cloveGinger Root, 1 tspCrushed Red Paper 1tbspCanola Oil (1-2 tbsp)Grilled and chopped Chicken Breast 3 ounce or 100 gmAll vegitables mix (one bowl)Bean sproutsOnionsBroccolipeapodsWater ChestnutsMashrooms, slicedBrown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Heat skillet for 3 min. Add oil.
Add garlic, ginger and crushed red paper. Wait 0.5 min.
Add grilled and chopped chicken.
Add all vegitables and mashrooms.
Cook for 4 min on medium-high heat.
Add szechuan sauce and cook for another 2 min.

Take cooked brown rice in plate and add stir fry on it.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 1-cup size
