Broccoli Salad (without cheese or bacon)

Ingredients
8 cups broccoli crown, chopped to bite size pieces (about 4 crowns)1/2 cup red onion, chopped 2/3 cup raisins2/3 cup cashew pieces3/4 cup light mayo (such as Kraft Olive Oil reduced fat)1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt1 Tbs sugar2 Tbs apple cider vinegar1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Chop veggies and mix in raisins and cashews in a large bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow broccoli to slightly soften.
