Maple Roasted Chicken & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs2 cups cubed sweet potatos1 small onion, cut into 1" pieces2 cups baby carrots1/3 cup maple syrupsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F

Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Stir well. Cook 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
