    When I make this recipe I use 1 Cup of Splenda, 3/4 cup white vinegar. 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 tsp celery seed, 1/4 tsp black pepper, & 1/2 tsp salt. Mix those ingredients and boil 3 minutes. Let Cool. Then drain vegetables, add onion & green pepper, add cooled dressing, mix & refrig overnite - 2/13/09
