Beef Liver Nuggets

Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef liver.5 cup wheat flour2 Tbs. Garlic Powder1 Tbs. Seasoning Salt
Directions
Mix the flour and spices in a bowl. Cut the liver into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces. Put them in the bowl with the flour and seasoning and toss around.
Oil a cookie sheet. Shake each piece of liver off before you put it on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees til done. I don't know your stove.
Makes 6 2 oz. servings.

    does the liver REALLY lose half or more of it's weight in cooking? makes 6 ea, 2 oz servings,= 12 oz. and starts with 1-1/2 # of liver which = 24 oz. - 11/23/10
