Low Carb Bread/Sandwich Thin

Ingredients
2 T. Carbquick1 T. Flax Meal1/4 tsp. baking powder4 T. water (1/4 cup)
Directions
mix all ingredients - should be paste-like.
Pour half of the batter into a greased (pam spary works well) microwave safe bowl of your choice ( I use a bowl about the size of a hamburger bun), and cook on high in microwave for 1 minute. Immediately turn out of bowl to cool. Repeat for remaining dough. Let cool completely and use for muffins for your eggs, sandwich bread, or bun for lunchmeat or hamburger.
