Chocolate Pudding with gelatin GF

Ingredients
2 cups of cane sugar1 cup of gelatin1/2 cup cocoa powder1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar1 tsp sea salt6 cups Fresh milk, skimmed
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together to eliminate any clumping, then add 1/2 of milk. Stir until smooth, then heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add other half of milk while stirring. Cool to room temperature and serve.
